This site is meant for those who want to get knowledge of Yoga sitting at Home. But mind it any Knowledge under guidance of a Guru or Guide is different from Knowledge getting from internet.
Though I try to make all the resourse available to you but my site cannot be a substitute for Yoga Ashrams or Institutes who impart direct Knowledge. I want people to derive full benefit from Yoga by joining any institute. Than only they can get the real benefit.
About myself.I am a Scientist cum Yoga Teacher who learned Yoga from Sivananda Ashram in Madurai. Right now I am doing MA in Yoga. I am a follower of Swami Sivananda and also his disciple Swami Vishnu Devananda.
